Payment and Cancellation
Policy
1. All rates include CDW, Theft Protection Insurance and Unlimited Mileage.
2. Rates to be used in a package only.
3. To be paid locally: An airport charge of US$ 27.5 per rental will apply when a vehicle is picked up or dropped off at Ben Gurion airport. This amount will be paid to Budget directly. Liable to change without notice.
4. One-way rentals to/from Eilat :
Minimum rental period is 7 consecutive days.
Drop off charge for rentals less than 1 week:
Groups: A,B,C,X,F,G,J & I: US$ 120
Groups: groups K,S,W & M : US$ 300
5. Minimum rental age is 23 years holding a valid driver license for over than 1 year. Young drivers (21-23) will be allowed to drive vehicles in groups B - G only and will be charged for an additional fee.
6. A deductible amount of US$ 400 - US$ 1000 according to vehicle type will apply in case of damage to the vehicle or its parts. This amount is liable to change without prior notice.
7. Optional daily charges to be paid locally: Extra driver US$ 2.00, Baby seat US$ 5.00
8. Client must have a valid credit card registered under the renter's name in order to get the car and guarantee the extras.
9. Clients who have Israeli Passport including those with dual citizenship are subject to pay
* V.A.T unless their passport shows it was stamped with tourist visa class B2 or B3.
*(Percentage of V.A.T that will be valid at the time of the rental)
10. All car groups are equipped with air-conditioning except car group A.
11. Budget reserves the right to substitute similar car models to those stated above.
12, High Season Supplements Per Day:
During July 01- August 25, 2010, December 20, 2010 - January 06, 2011 - Categories B-J $14. All Other Categories: $18 per Day.
13.The following are to be paid direct to Budget Car-Rental :
$ 27.50 Ben Gurion airport charge - on-pick-up or on drop-off. This is to be paid only once (irrelevant of the fact that you pick up and drop off at the airport or only pick up or drop off at the airport).
One way rentals to/from Eilat & Dead Sea, minimum rental period is 3 consecutive days.
Drop-off charge for groups I, K, M, S, V, W - $80.
Delivery to/from Ovda airport $80.

15. 1-2 Days rental are limited to 250 km. Per day.
16. Extra insurance for full coverage including liability, can be acquired at the time of pick up.
17.For Vehicles with 8 or more Passengers (including Driver) Driver Must Have A Class 3 Driver's License.
